strange... I configured sendmail 8.9.3 on 3.3 box and have :
Mlocal,         P=/usr/libexec/mail.local, F=lsDFMAw5:/|@qrmn9, S=10/30, R=20/40,
                T=DNS/RFC822/X-Unix,
                A=mail -d $u
