patch to audio/fasttracker2/Makefile

r513477 removed more text than the commit claimed: specifically, the c99
workaround. This caused a failure on pylon.nyi.FreeBSD.org on 20191013.

Testing on amd64 and powerpc64 with the extra test restored makes the port
build on both.

The patch adds back the i386 stanza, but, I do not know if it is necessary =
(I
am not set up to test on i386 at the moment).
