Option "Plug & Play OS" must be Disabled for correct work FreeBSD with IRQ's 2nd: Try reinstall PCI Adapter to other PCI slot. Reboot system 3rd: Review pccard.conf file for bugs 4th: Maybe kernel compiled without using wi0?
