BIND 9.1.x or higher will enter CURRENT RSN.  I'd rather first let
settle the current 8.2.3 import and MFC dust if you don't mind.

[not to mention that 9.0.x wasn't even the worth of importing since it
lacked too many features to be a bit useful, even in a development
system such as CURRENT.]
