If you can't put it in loader.conf (and you > can't), you need to load the module at the loader "OK" prompt (load > /kernel/acpi_dock.ko) and then "boot". I used load acpi_dock.ko and then boot as suggested by you but the problem still persists. I can undock successfully but cannot redock.
