Have you tried this patch?

My Z505HS works like a charm with this patch.
Also, resume from suspend breaks usb on most 
recent VAIOs(Z505HS, C1XF, SR9K etc.).
This patch will fix this problem.

I guess these patches are not merged in -current nor -stable.
