Dear Mr Hubbard,

I've been a FreeBSD follower since the days of 386BSD 0.1, when it
was used at at historically black university, The University of Fort
Hare,
to implement Internet services for the computer science faculty.

After setting up a successful ISP in Cape Town (on FreeBSD 2.1R), I
would like to
interest local government and non-governmental organisations in FreeBSD
as a
compentent alternative to the commercial O/S's and as an obvious
solution to help alleviate
pressing needs in the educational sector. Placed in Cape Town, South
Africa,
there are a wealth of opportunities to publicise and distribute
information about
what I feel is a truly great project.

Regards
Inus Scheepers.
