In case anyone's wondering about the delay on getting this fully
functional, I'm waiting on the OpenSSL guys about correctness of a patch
to make NO_RSA (and by extension NO_SSL2) compilation work in the shared
library case, as well as an oddity which looks like it always compiles in
the OpenSSL RSA code even when RSAref is specified (it just doesn't use
the OpenSSL RSA code). I hope to have both of these resolved in the next
day or two.
