I don't think it's been ported yet.  I have the 1.02 JDK which works file.

It says you can fetch it from

freefall.FreeBSD.org:/pub/FreeBSD/LOCAL_PORTS/jdk102.tar.gz

but freefall's anonymous ftp isn't working at the moment.
