No, those graphs are generated by proprietary software and have always been outside of the web build framework. The graphs in discussion are in fact still being updated on freefall, but not on nwww which is the new web server. Now that we've identified the problem, kuriyama-san is working on fixing it. We just need to update the cronjobs on nwww to match the ones on freefall. Thanks for finding this problem.
