Hmm.

What is the "portupgrade-devel-9999,2" dir?  According to the makefile it c=
reates the symlink
in the ${_DISTDIR} for the file in the ${_DISTDIR}.

For the missing version -- I just realized that I probably need to add fetc=
h depends...
