	I think we should be focusing on *categories* (see below)
	and have the user prioritize them:

	1) shells
		bash		<-- user suggestions
		zsh		<--
		tcsh		<--
	2) compression
		unzip
		bzip
	3) communication
		mutt
		trn
	4) security
		tripwire
		ssh
	5) admin tools
		swatch/logsurfer
		snmpd

	6) misc
