Well, to be fair, it always seemed a little silly to me to not include
a "[expected in 4.0-RELEASE]" tag with each fix.

Would be particularly useful, since at least one of the fixes hasn't
been merged to -stable, but there's no way to tell this simply from
reading the y2k file.

[It's not my fix, but I do plan to merge it eventually, fwiw...]

Not entirely true.  See above comment about merges to -stable.
