When I was almost ready installing my system with a brand new FreeBSD 3.2 I got an error message. When I switched to the /dev/ttyv1 I got some more information: WD1S1A: hard error reading fsbn 34988 of 34912-35039 (wd1s1 bn 34988; cn 17 tn 1 1 sn 23) (status 59<rdy,seekdone,drq,err>error 40 <uncorr>) vm_fault: pager read error, pid (cp) cp: /kernel: bad address And now my system is still unable to load the kernel. It aborts everytime I try to boot. Can anybody help me? Greetz, Kristof To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
