First of all edit /usr/share/examples/cvsup/standard-supfile so that
it says *default release=cvs tag=RELENG_4_7 rather than *default
release=cvs tag=RELENG_4 - this a typo in 4.7-RELEASE.

Then install cvsup: "pkg_add -r cvsup-without-gui".

Then pick your favourite cvsup server and update:

"cvsup -Z -h cvsup5.uk.freebsd.org
/usr/share/examples/cvsup/standard-supfile"
(all one line)

Then read and digest /usr/src/UPDATING.
