I've just added it to the must-resolve list for RC3.  Are you working
on resolving this issue?  If so, then I can list you as the
responsible party on that page?  If you have additional information
then a PR might be a good place to collect it all.  I haven't heard
from Shimokawa-san recently, so I will email this to him to make sure
he is aware of the problem.
