 Alkar Teleport is a nation-wide Internet Service Provider Company and 
 one of the most popular ISPs in Ukraine.  I have been in charge of 
 configuration and administration of Ascend (Lucent) MAX400 access servers,
 Cisco Catalyst and 3600 series router.  Also, UNIX-based routers, running
 FreeBSD were configured and administered by me. I used to be a supervising 
 manager of building X.25-through-TCP/IP network on Cisco equipment: 1600, 
 1700 and 800 Cisco routers series.  Also, I've used to work with the Radyne 
 Comstream DMD15B, Paradise Datacom P400 and SDM-8000 sattelite modems, 
 running Reed Solomon modules, QPSK and 16QAM modulations.  A definite
