Keep the mkmf source -- seems that is has been removed
from the ports tree.

Port:   mkmf-4.11
Path:   /usr/ports/devel/mkmf
Info:   Creates program and library makefiles for the make(1) command
Maint:  ports@FreeBSD.org

Date:   2011-08-01
Reason: Has expired: Looks like an abandonware, no more public distfile
