AFAIK wv2 is a library, not utility, and is used only by KWord (KDE wordprocessor, from editors/koffice-kde3) as a backend for M$ Word format exporter, and Ruby wrapper ruby-rwv2 ("grep -lr wv2 /usr/ports", BTW).
