Basically, the easiest way to do this is as follows:

1) First edit your /etc/make.conf and insert the following line:

JAVA_PORT=java/linux-ibm-jdk13

Then reinstall any port you like as follows:

# cd /usr/ports/www/jakarta-tomcat3
# make deinstall clean install
