I think there was some source missing. I added code_medic, code_crusader, JSearch, JToolBar, and JTree and did a "gmake freebsd3.x" from the JX-1.5.3 directory and it is making jcc. The ports Makefile doesn't add two of these. The changes so far have been the #define's LACKS_SIGSET, HAS_UCONTEXT_T, and HAS_SOCKLEN_T changes to the freebsd-config in ../ace/. The line in Log_Msg.cpp with !(define(_BORLAND_...) was changed to "#if define(ACE_LACKS_SYS_NERR)" Added bison to my code list with a manual install. The ports Makefile doesn't check for bison. This time the manual install worked on 4.0. I have a jcc.
