No to both.  The port is still useful to people who want a more recent
version than what's in the tree (or are running -STABLE).  As for the
rename, I don't want the CVS nightmare that would ensue from trying to
import OpenSSH-portable on top of OpenSSH-ported-with-a-sledgehammer.
