What Kasper is referring to is:

			 www.nassjo.se
            
	    www.nassjo.se is running Microsoft-IIS/4.0 on FreeBSD 

The answer to your question is no. Netcraft do explain that the
mechanisms they use to identify the OS and Web server s/w used are not
100% accurate so you can expect the occasional strange result.

I've e-mailed the guys at Netcraft about this one.
