I currently have a generic VLB EIDE card in my pc and CORE303
says that it's doing about 3400KB/sec transfer while the same
stuff but with a Promise 2300+ is doing 10000KB/sec in my
friends machine, or so sayeth CORE303.

No matter how fast it is, it's never fast enough!

Thanks

Mark
