Ah, you've been tracking -CURRENT for a while now, haven't you.  This is
a somewhat FAQ.  You should really do an rm -rf /usr/include/* right
before your installworld.  If you do, you will find gdm2 will build
without problem.  More details can be found in the archives of this list
or current@.
