A couple of problems in PCCARD:
aic needs to be commented out. Doing this yields:

cam_periph.o: Undefined symbol `_scsi_start_stop' referenced from text segment
cam_periph.o: Undefined symbol `_scsi_start_stop' referenced from text segment
scsi_cd.o: Undefined symbol `_scsi_read_write' referenced from text segment
scsi_cd.o: Undefined symbol `_scsi_start_stop' referenced from text segment
scsi_cd.o: Undefined symbol `_scsi_start_stop' referenced from text segment

Can you post a set of fixes for PCCARD.

PS
Would it make sense to pull scsi out of PCCARD, most laptops don't
have it.
