Some commit between Jan 10th and this one makes it so that the kernel
just totally silently hangs on my Cenatek Rocket Drive controller. I
haven't been able to see the "disk" on this controller for months, but
at least I could boot with the PCI card in my machine until now.

A boot -v shows several attempts to reset the Rocket Drive and then total
hang.
