Mike, you can download one of the RELENG_7 (7.0-STABLE) ISO snapshots from here: ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/snapshots/200806/ You probably want 7.0-STABLE-200806-i386-disc1.iso or amd64-disc1.iso depending upon if you want a 32-bit or 64-bit OS.
