You're right - these are strange errors.

These are interesting.  Note that the disk is seeing
a SCSI reset or power fail.  Look closely at your SCSI bus set up -
proper termination, proper termination power, quality cables, etc.

Looks like your sig predicted your SCSI errors, doesn't it?
