What's the explanation for this:

  $ ldd /usr/compat/linux/bin/pwd
  /usr/compat/linux/bin/pwd:
  /tmp

  $ LD_TRACE_LOADED_OBJECTS=3D1  /usr/compat/linux/bin/pwd
	  libc.so.6 =3D> /lib/libc.so.6 (0x28076000)
	  /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x28050000)

=46rom what I've read ldd works through setting LD_TRACE_LOADED_OBJECTS,
and neither form should work on a linux binary.
