okay, I've been wearing a belt and suspenders here (defining both).
Is this documented in the porters handbook btw?  Because
OPTIONS_DEFINE=DOCS has been extremely confusing to me thus far.  Bapt
explained the PORTDOCS to me yesterday verbally.
