    802b is IPX Control Protocol
    8029 is AppleTalk Control Protocol

By default, these protocols are offered by the NetBlazer.  Your ISP is
probably sending Protocol Rejects in response to the corresponding
Config Requests.  You can disable these in the PPP command, if you
wish.
