If I had to guess id say PHP also:
if  the variable $foo equals $bar do the following:
        set $quux to equal $baz untill $baz is greater then $qux by 
incrementing baz by 1 every time it loops.
        otherwise if the (starts to get lost now)  value for quux in the 
hash $garply equals the value in the variable $waldo do the following:
             display whatever is in the variable $thud
the end;
