That's what I run on at home. Works great. 

However, you don't run on Win95, you run instead of Win95. The 2 OSes can
reside on the same disk, but they both need their own partition and do not
run at the same time.

If you are running SunOS 4.1.4 or below, they are very similar. If you are
running SunOS 5.0 or above (aka Solaris 2.0), then they are somewhat similar
but not completely.
