The one you listed is a Mikrotik AP.

I don't have any USB WiFi NIC's.  ( I might be able to go over to 
BestBuy and get one, but you'd need to tell me a manufacturer / model.

I am on a Mac sitting next to it, if that can work (running MacOS 
Sierra)
