Theoretical question.. why is there any problem at all with bumping
the version whenver we want to?  No code should break because all
comparisions should be '>=' (or '<=') instead of '=='.

If anyone is comparing _FreeBSD_version_ against values greater
than the current value, then they can predict the future :-)
