SMP (dual P3-450) box (3 different boxes) panic every 4-5 days when running under SMP and NFS.  NFS server is a solaris 2.7x86 box.

Running NFS enabled on 3.3 dual kernel with Solaris nfs server.

Happens both under NFS v2 and NFS v3.   Does not seem to happen on Uniprocessor machines.
