However, something seems to be broken in FreeBSD, and from the little bit of information that you provided, it's not the ahc driver that is at fault. Since I don't have any IBM servers nearby that I can experiment with, I really need as much information from you as possible. If 4.6 from the install floppies works, then please, please, please post the dmesg and pciconf output from that.
