I was looking at a port (the yet to be committed wwwoffle port) and it
forces an install at /usr/local/{bin,man,sbin} and /var/spool/wwwoffle.
I know that to obey PREFIX, /usr/local would change to ${PREFIX}, but
whould /var/spool change, too (and to what)?

And, is this important enough to care about?
