It appears as if quotas are actually working. It just SAYS they arnt.. If
I type 'quota' from the command line, it outputs this:

Disk quotas for user shawn (uid 1003): none


But if I assign myself a quota then try to exceed it, I can't. Oh well, at
least it is is working...
