FWIW, you can unlock it yourself: /usr/local/libexec/gnats/pr-edit --unlock 24006 It's pretty safe considering that one can't be editing it without a running process. I'm guessing it happened because greid's connection to freefall dropped while he was in edit-pr; he probably kill'd it when he logged back in, but gnats didn't unlock it.
