No... This version has the bug.... I was running this last week and my box kept being attacked and I had the same symptom you are having. I was toying with the idea of puting in 9.1.1, but settled on puting in 8.2.3-REL replacing 8.2.3-T6B. My BIND hasn't had a problem since.
