I'm not sure what your question is. I've never heard of 6.0, and
there's not much about it on Netscape's web site, anyway. At
http://home.netscape.com/computing/download/index.html I get:

You are currently using: Netscape Communicator 4.75 English
  language, FreeBSD 5.0-CURRENT i386, Strong 128-Bit Encryption

Congratulations! Netscape Communicator 4.75 is the latest version
of the Netscape Browser. For all the latest plug-ins and Browser
  accessories check out Netscape Plugins.

In general, if you want to run a Linux program under FreeBSD, just go
ahead and do it.
