It seems to be increasingly broken. On my desktop, any random port claims that misc/dejagnu and lang/expect are missing. Neither are installed, neither is installed as a dependency for any port where 'make missing' claims they are needed. While trying to figure out which part of the recent clamav update wanted to pull in sphinx-doc for python, it seems even worse. Clamav is installed, and did not install any additional ports before installing. Yet 'make missing' shows this: textproc/py-sphinx devel/py-Jinja2 misc/dejagnu lang/expect lang/tcl86 textproc/py-MarkupSafe devel/py-babel devel/py-pytz textproc/py-docutils devel/py-six devel/py-pytest devel/py-py devel/py-mock devel/py-pbr devel/py-pip devel/py-pytest-capturelog devel/py-pytest-timeout devel/py-pytest-xdist devel/py-setuptools_scm sysutils/py-execnet misc/py-pexpect devel/py-virtualenv devel/py-scripttest devel/py-pretend devel/py-freezegun devel/py-dateutil devel/py-nose databases/py-sqlite3 devel/git textproc/xmlto shells/bash misc/getopt textproc/libxslt textproc/docbook-xsl textproc/xmlcatmgr textproc/docbook textproc/docbook-sgml textproc/iso8879 textproc/docbook-xml textproc/xmlcharent textproc/sdocbook-xml print/libpaper www/w3m devel/boehm-gc devel/libatomic_ops textproc/asciidoc devel/cvsps devel/p5-Test-Exception devel/p5-Sub-Uplevel devel/p5-Test-NoWarnings devel/p5-Test-Simple devel/p5-Test-Warn devel/p5-Test-Pod security/p5-Authen-SASL security/p5-GSSAPI devel/bzr lang/cython security/py-paramiko security/py-cryptography devel/py-cffi devel/py-pycparser devel/py-pyasn1 dns/py-idna net/py-ipaddress devel/py-enum34 devel/py-iso8601 security/py-ecdsa devel/py-funcsigs textproc/py-pygments textproc/py-sphinx_rtd_theme textproc/py-alabaster textproc/py-snowballstemmer textproc/py-pystemmer graphics/py-imagesize
