Subject:   deskutils/calibre does not build after Python 2.6 to 2.7 update

I had to remove calibre to allow upgrade-site-packages to finish 
successfully during the Python update.  Trying to install calibre 
afterwards fails:

I can't tell if this is a problem with calibre, python, or sqlite3.  Any
