True, admittedly very true.  But it does matter what your boss thinks,
and if you get thim to have that 'send as html' checked out in his
Outlook configuration, that's a great step towards collaboration :-)

Oh, and a few others, like wrapping at 70-75 characters perhaps, or even 
using that 'attachment' thingy instead of just pasting huge documents
inline in every message, and so on... that certainly is empirical enough 
to help both of you get along with each other nicely.
