Additional/New info on my lockups.

It's not related to SMP, as I believed before, I've just done it with the
Generic kernel and from my Linux box via NFS.
It's not Samba related.  It happens with NFS writes also.
It doesn't happen with local writes.
I've gone into my BIOS and set everything very conservative.  I moved the
fxp and 2940UW around.

The SCSI light on the drive stays on when it locks.  Machine is completely
frozen, only thing to do is power cycle.

Additional 2940 with no drives is also installed.

dmesg is attached for SCSI and system setup.
