Just recompiled:

Same result.

A new line in dmesg:
pci0: <unknown card> (vendor=0x1013, dev=0x6001) at 6.0 irq 10

I do use DOS ps2 utility, and it seems to work.
Should I disable AUDIOCTRL device? What about PCIIRQ?

Anything else I may try?
