I was able to reproduce the same message when attempting to send an e-mail to
misc+subscribe@capbug.org.

I have attached a diff for the FreeBSD doc team to consider. My proposed change
includes one link to CapBUG's Google Groups page and a second link to CapBUG's
website.

I am aware the website link is already available in the <url></url> tags.
However, a duplicate website link appears to be common among other user group
description entries.
