I tried to install jdk 1.3 from the ports tree on a machien that I cvsup'd ports on last Friday. The first clue that tere was a problem was when the checksum for the downloaded Sun file mismatched, and it was all down hill from there. Here is what I downlaoded from SUN. -rw-r--r-- 1 root sys 10682368 Mar 11 08:56 j2sdk-1_3_1-src.tar.gz Can anyone give me some adivce here? The reason I am doing this is that Mozilla is complaining about not fiding the jdk. Is there some other way to pacify Mozilla? I really have no need for the jdk myself. -- "They that would give up essential liberty for temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." -- Benjamin Franklin To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
